Welcome to SheCoachAndrea ("Coach Andrea", "we", "our", or "us").
By using www.shecoachandrea.com, purchasing coaching services, memberships, booking Strategy Calls, or accessing digital content, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services
SheCoachAndrea provides online fitness coaching, educational content, memberships, digital programs, and lifestyle guidance.
Services may include:
• The Toned Curves Method 35+ (1:1 Coaching)
• The Toned Curves Training Club
• Strategy Calls
• Digital resources and educational materials

2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 years and older.

3. The Toned Curves Training Club
The Club is a self-led membership designed for women with previous gym experience.
Membership does not include:
• Personalised training
• Nutrition coaching
• Accountability support
• Exercise form reviews
• Direct access to Andrea
• Individual modifications
Members are responsible for selecting weights, exercises, and training intensities appropriate for their own ability level and health status.

4. 1:1 Coaching
Results cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are expected to communicate openly and honestly throughout the coaching relationship.
Extended periods of non-communication, failure to submit agreed check-ins, or repeatedly disregarding coaching recommendations may affect the quality of support provided and results achieved.

5. Payments, Renewals & Cancellations
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Monthly memberships renew automatically each month and may be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Six and twelve-month memberships are paid in full and renew automatically at the end of their selected term unless cancelled beforehand.

Clients enrolled in 1:1 coaching using a split payment option acknowledge and agree that payments will be processed automatically according to the selected payment schedule.
Should a client wish to cancel the renewal of their coaching agreement, written notice must be provided at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled payment date.
Requests received less than 7 days before the renewal date will result in the next scheduled payment being processed and coaching services continuing until the end of that billing period.

6. Pause Policy
Members enrolled in six-month or twelve-month memberships may request to pause their membership once during their purchased term for exceptional circumstances, subject to approval by SheCoachAndrea.
Membership pauses are not available for monthly memberships.
Any paused period must be used within the same calendar year in which the membership was originally purchased.
If the paused period extends beyond the year of purchase, any unused membership time will expire and cannot be carried forward, reinstated, refunded, or transferred.
Requests to pause a membership must be submitted in writing before the desired pause date.

7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to training materials, refunds are not available.
Refunds for 1:1 coaching services are not available once programming has been designed and delivered.

8. Medical & Health Disclaimer
Information shared through coaching, memberships, videos, emails, social media, website content, or downloadable materials should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participation in exercise programs is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

9. Privacy
A separate Privacy Policy document explains how personal information is collected, used and stored.

10. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve website performance, analyse traffic and support marketing activities.

11. Intellectual Property
All programs, videos, exercise demonstrations, PDFs, educational materials, and content remain the intellectual property of SheCoachAndrea.

12. Respectful Conduct
SheCoachAndrea reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services where communication becomes disrespectful, abusive, inappropriate, or repeatedly uncooperative.

13. Governing Law
These Terms, Policies & Disclaimers shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
