More Than A Coach.
A Woman Who's Been There Too.
Former Athlete. Mum Of Two. Coach.
Woman Who Walks The Talk.
Let me guess...
You've reached a stage in life where you're fed up wondering why your efforts no longer match the way you look and feel.
You want to feel fit, toned, feminine, and confident in your body again. Yet all you seem to gain is exhaustion, frustration, and the feeling of being stuck on a hamster wheel with little to show for it.
This is exactly what I do. I help women identify the red flags that might be holding them back, simplify fitness, and finally start seeing the results they've been working so hard for.
I Help Gym-Going Women Who Feel Stuck Despite Doing Everything Right
I help women uncover the missing pieces of the puzzle that have been holding them back all this time.
The way I coach is how I wish I had been coached myself.
I approach every woman with genuine care for her body, health, and stage of life. I cut through the noise, remove the guesswork, and focus on what truly matters.
Because if you're searching for answers, you deserve to understand what your body needs and have a clear plan that helps you become stronger, leaner, and more confident in your own skin.
The Coach Who Learned The Hard Way
I'm Andrea. A mum of two, coach, former professional athlete (tennis player and bikini athlete), and someone who genuinely loves learning, growing, and understanding what helps women thrive.
Years ago, I was searching for answers just like you might be today.
I didn't feel comfortable in my own skin. I felt fragile. I didn't like how my clothes fitted, nor was I proud of the reflection staring back at me.
Motherhood brought a completely different set of challenges, and postpartum was one of the most difficult phases of my life, both physically and mentally. Going through postnatal depression, there were moments where I genuinely couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Then I discovered strength training. It reminded me that I was capable of so much more than I ever gave myself credit for.
Becoming fitter and stronger empowered me in ways I never expected. I became fascinated by learning how the female body responds to training, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits, which eventually led me to compete in bikini competitions for four years. I loved the discipline, the structure, and understanding the finer details of body composition.
But what nobody warned me about was the price it came with.
Extreme discipline. Food restrictions. An all-or-nothing mindset. Constant comparison. Feeling like I was never good enough, even when I was winning.
Over time, it affected my hormones, metabolism, relationship with food, and mental health.
That was the moment I drew the line. I decided that my physical and mental health mattered more.
That experience sent me on a journey to better understand female physiology, recovery, metabolism, hormones, and what women truly need to build a body they feel proud of without sacrificing their health, relationships, career, or peace of mind.
Today, I help gym-going women who feel stuck despite doing everything right uncover the missing pieces holding them back, simplify fitness, and finally start seeing their efforts reflected in the mirror.
I don't believe women need another challenge, another restrictive diet, or another fitness app filled with endless workouts.
I believe they need someone who understands where they are, knows how to identify the red flags, and can help them create a plan that finally works with their body instead of against it.
The Journey That Shaped My Coaching Philosophy
PHASE ONE:
Athlete & Tennis Coach
PHASE ONE: Athlete & Tennis Coach
I started playing tennis at the age of six and went on to compete at a high level, proudly representing my home country for many years.
Unfortunately, a serious knee injury meant I could no longer pursue a professional tennis career. Instead, while studying at university, I transitioned into coaching.
Looking back, tennis taught me some of life's most valuable lessons at a very young age: commitment, discipline, resilience, being coachable, and always striving to improve.
Over the years, I had the privilege of sharing these values with hundreds of children and adults, and I loved every moment of it.
PHASE TWO: Motherhood
Becoming a mum has been both the most beautiful and the most humbling chapter of my life.
The difficulties I experienced throughout my first pregnancy thirteen years ago left me physically weak, struggling with constant body aches, postnatal depression, and a body I no longer recognised.
I knew I had to find my way back to movement and sport.
I simply couldn't imagine living the rest of my life feeling that way.
PHASE THREE:
Fitness & Bikini Competitor
PHASE THREE: Fitness & Bikini Competitor
Strength training was something I had always incorporated as a tennis player, but after becoming a mum, I slowly started adding small routines back into my life and unexpectedly fell in love with the process.
For the first time in a long time, I felt empowered. I loved discovering what my body was capable of and pushing my own boundaries. Curious to learn more about body composition and female physiology, I immersed myself in the world of bodybuilding and competed for four years.
I prepped back-to-back, followed everything to the letter, and loved understanding the finer details of training, nutrition, recovery, and physique development. Stepping on stage also helped me overcome my natural shyness and gave me confidence I never knew I had.
PHASE FOUR:
The Wake-Up Call
PHASE FOUR: The Wake-Up Call
What looked healthy from the outside wasn't sustainable on the inside.
Years of food restrictions, extreme discipline, and an all-or-nothing mindset eventually affected my hormones, metabolism, relationship with food, and mental health.
Even when I was winning, I often felt like I wasn't good enough.
That was the moment I drew the line.
PHASE FIVE:
Redefining What Fitness Means To Me
PHASE FIVE: Redefining What Fitness Means To Me
I decided that my physical and mental health mattered more.
I invested heavily in education, experimented on myself to heal, refined my approach, and learned how to work with my body instead of against it.
PHASE SIX:
Helping Women Find Their Missing Pieces
PHASE SIX: Helping Women Find Their
Missing Pieces
Today, I help gym-going women over 35 simplify fitness, uncover what's been holding them back, and finally start seeing their efforts reflected in the mirror through an approach that prioritises strength, sustainability, and long-term health.
Secret Talent:
Mental resilience. Life has taught me that we are capable of far more than we often give ourselves credit for.
Can't Live Without:
Sport. It's my happy place and where I reconnect with myself.
When I'm Not Coaching, You'll Find Me:
Reading books on human psychology, playing tennis or padel, watching comedies (I love a good laugh), and most likely snacking on chocolate... preferably with nuts.
Most-used phrase:
"There's always room to grow."
People Are Surprised To Learn:
I used to be incredibly shy (part of me still is). Stepping on a bikini competition stage helped me build confidence I never knew I had.
Current Obsession:
Yoga. I love how grounded and present it makes me feel.
Favourite Way To Spend A Sunday:
Slow mornings, a good book, sunshine, and spending time at the beach with my little ones. If I'm feeling more energetic, you'll find me playing tennis or padel, rollerblading, or ice skating.
Guilty Pleasure:
A good Italian pizza and chocolatey, nutty ice cream.
Now it's time to change yours.
The Body You Want Is Still Within Reach.
You've spent years trying to figure it out on your own. Or perhaps you've followed advice from coaches who simply didn't understand what your body needs in this season of life.
Starting over every Monday. After every holiday. After every weekend. Watching time pass while still chasing someone else's idea of what should work for you. Enough is enough, right?
Are you ready to stop spinning your wheels and finally get to the bottom of what truly works for you?
